Do you want to sell your business property or assets?

We also provide valuations, patent filing, patent search and patent intermediary services for your intellectual assets.

Our process is simple and effective. We charge a small retained fee for the business appraisal and sale prospectus, and other related material and documentation. If you retain us on a contingent basis (we get paid, when your property sells) to represent you as an intermediary in an binding exclusive relationship, we take a percentage in commission for the sale of your property. (Financial documentation are extra.) We will sign both Non-Disclosure Agreements and Service Agreements to ensure confidentiality and quality delivery of services. Our process is listed below:

  1. After the initial fact-finding session (free of charge), we sign a service agreement that will outline the deliverables, timelines, charges, etc. 

  2. Through fact-finding and receiving your business information, we conduct a through valuation analysis, that will result in a value for your business or property you are selling. 

  3. A Business Appraisal and Sales Prospectus is then created, which serves as an offering document to potential buyers. We will also assist in the preparation of financials, through alliances (CPA sources) that we deploy for this purpose. 

  4. In strategy sessions, we provide advice on the structuring of the deal, general business coaching, and moral support.

  5. We outline potential target buyers, contact previous sources, talk with qualified buyers that we have worked with in the past. 

  6. An aggressive marketing is embarked upon to find new qualified buyers and listing the property in various channels. 

  7. We also assist in the negotiation and execution of the deal, and will employ legal counsel, as required.

  8. We may also assist you with asset protection and other services, after the deal is over.
